In the first half of 2020 a Consultant was hired by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to advise on the development of the Arts Centre. We input into his research. His report of May 2019 was shared with us in November 2019 having informed the Council’s investment plans. The report, which backs up the existing strategy, can be found here.
Here are what we will be working on over the next year.

NB The order of listing does not represent any suggested priority. Overall strategy is to balance ambition with realism. . Success – will depend on all of us being active – active supporters and putting ideas into action. Skills for individual tasks etc: everything helps. 10 areas – 5 are about development of Friends, 5 of the Art Centre and of course these overlap. Main areas – Fund raising, helping increase attendance, working with Council
